Competition Terms & Conditions
Entry Period: Competition opens Thursday 9th April and closes Thursday 15th April at 23:59.
Draw Date: The winner will be selected at random on Friday 16th April.
Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 16+. Employees of Llexeter Ltd, their families, or anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible.
How to Enter: Submit one entry via the online form. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Prize: One winner will receive a Talaria MX5 Green Fury Sticker Kit. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random via a draw. The draw decision is final and binding.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 7 days of the draw. If no response is received within 14 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
Data Protection: Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR. Data will only be used for administering the competition and, if consent is given, for promotional purposes. Entries will not be shared with third parties.
Limitation of Liability: Llexeter Ltd is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the competition or the use of the prize.
Miscellaneous: We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition if necessary. These terms are governed by English law.
